Good or Service	Description
	To provide a green living environment for our apartment residents.
Volunteer Tree Trimming	To promote the health of our larger trees and enhance the appearance and value of our property in respect to the community.
Phone System with Voice Mail	To replace antiquated, in-house phone system
1/2-ton Pickup Truck, Hybrid/Alternative fuel	Deaf Action Center does not own a truck, and currently makes any pickup or delivery using the Senior Citizen Center van. A truck would allow us to: • Pickup cleaning, maintenance repair, and grounds supplies for the facility and the apartments • Make the bi-weekly food runs to the North Texas Food Bank • Pick up donated items from local businesses and contributors • Transport supplies, equipment, and signage to and from
13-15 Passenger Van	The Deaf Action Center Senior Citizen Center van is old, has excessive mileage, and needs many repairs. A van would be used daily to transport our Senior Citizens to and from their Dallas area homes or living facilities.
Cement Patio Tables & Benches	To provide outdoor seating areas for seniors at the Senior Center and apartment residents.
Reinforce/Resurface Parking Lot	To improve the safety of apartment residents and DAC personnel, and the aesthetic appearance of the facility in respect to the community.
