INTERPRETING SERVICES
Our staff of certified sign language, oral interpreters, and Communication Access Realtime Translators (CART) provides critical communication accessibility 24 hours a day. They help support persons who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing with employment, counseling, legal contracts, medical appointments, business meetings, job interviews, and theatrical performances.
Remember, it’s never too early to request an Interpreter!

For emergency interpretation services (such as in emergency rooms or with law enforcement) please call:
• 8am to 4:30pm: 214-521-0407
• 4:30pm to 8am: 469-236-5868 (after hours voicemail service)
For TTY relay services (to communicate with a Deaf or Hard of Hearing individual by phone), dial 711. The operator will call the number you provide and relay what you say via TTY machine.
