Owned and operated by Deaf Action Center, the Elizabeth M. Criswell Apartments feature multiple on-site services to bring individuals and families with Deaf or Hard of Hearing members an exceptional, safe, and supportive environment. The community is located between Cedar Springs and Lemmon Avenue, letting residents enjoy uptown living at a fraction of the cost. The Dallas Housing Authority, with funds provided by the Housing and Urban Development (HUD), supports 30 of our apartment units. Section 8 vouchers accepted.
